I adhere to the “Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License” (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), unless stated otherwise. This license grants non-exclusive rights to my music, allowing for sharing, distribution, and the creation of derivative works, provided that proper attribution is given to the original author and the usage is non-commercial in nature.

Usage Scope:

My music may be used as background music for non-commercial videos and animations without seeking my approval. However, any usage of my music for NSFW, political, or religious themes, or for any other purpose that could be considered offensive, is strictly prohibited.

Commercial Use:

If you intend to use my music for commercial purposes, please obtain the necessary authorization from the China Music Copyright Association.

Derivative Works:

“Derivative works” are defined as works that incorporate elements of my music, including remixes, adaptations, and new compositions.

When creating derivative works, proper credit must be given to the original author and the work. The original link must also be provided. It is strictly forbidden to directly sample my music.

Regarding the portrayal of nudity and cruelty in derivative works, it is acceptable to feature such themes for artistic purposes. However, care should be taken to avoid any content that could generate social or moral controversies. It is also necessary to clearly specify that any such works are entirely fictitious.

Derivative works are only allowed to be used for non-commercial purposes. Any violations of the usage agreement may result in a review of the work and a request for it to be removed.
