Overview

Story of a wish-maker. 许愿之人的故事。

Lyrics

“You’ve followed me all the day,
“What’s the reason I say,
“I don’t remember your face.”

It’s time for your wish to make,
One last chance, take heed —

“I have no clue of anything.”

Your first wish was complete redemption which
Turned the world into a god’s grotesque diction and dream,
Creation by a tormented mind—
“No wonder I feel a god-shaped hole dancing within.”

Second wish was to strip off divinity once and for all,
Let the awakened ones lead the herds.
However unanswered calls defiled where they soared;
False values and fatuous words, the awakened brought.

“Iti vutta kam”! Ahahaha!
“Iti vutta kam”, alas, alas

Sombre is human life, and as yet without meaning:
A buffoon may be fateful to it, you see?

“Night-watchman and grave-guardian had I become, aloft,
“In the lone mountain fortress of Death.”

“With one final wish, I make my plea,
“A never-ending cycle of past and future to be;
“I long for nothing more than this endmost confirmation and seal,
“Leastwise agony would surpass nihility.”

“Iti vutta kam”! Ahahaha!
“Iti vutta kam”, alas, alas
“Iti vutta kam”! Ahahaha!
“Iti vutta kam”, alas, alas
